Teknoser is the first and the biggest service provider in "Shared POS" where multi bank applications can be executed on single POS. Other than the banks, under services provided to large chain stores, Shared POS applications are integrated with Call Center applications and management from one source is feasible.
The Group has the widest geographical coverage among its competitors with 62 offices throughout Turkey, as well as Northern Cyprus. Teknoser Group actively serves all 81 cities in Turkey with the largest in-house field technician team, employing more than 350 personnel.
Teknoser provides "Field Services" by making more than 100,000 field visits for POS terminals, Turkey Jockey Club's betting terminals, Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AI / DC), hand terminals, auto accounting sets and network
devices.
Through "Technical Services (Fixing and Maintenance) Operations", circa 100,000 hand terminals, barcode scanner, barcode printer, auto accounting sets and betting terminals are supported. Teknoser also provides similar services in the public sector by serving 10,000 IT devices.
Teknoser is also Turkey's leading firm in third party support and outsourcing. In the card payment systems market, Teknoser provides integrated services for card issuer
and card acquirer companies and it can either manage all or part of these companies' card operations.
